After you apply
A CAP grants coordinator is assigned to your file after you submit. You will receive their name and email only after your application is in — reply on that thread.
First reply on new applications is within 24 hours. Check inbox and spam. Reply on the same thread so your file stays together.
New grant request
Use the application form. That is how CAP opens a file — not a social message or a lookalike website.
